‍We provide a movement report designed around your goals, health considerations and lifestyle, so that you can get started confidently and work on the things that matter for long term independence.

How it works:

02: Receive your assessment

If it’s a fit, Steadyby will send a guided intake to better understand your movement profile.

This is done through a comprehensive written intake form paired with a 20 minute virtual meeting with Abby so she can see your movement patterns firsthand.

03: Get your tailored movement report

We’ll give you a weekly program, recommended exercises / ways to move and limitations you should be aware of given your health history.

We focus on functional strength that mimics everyday movement, mobility and balance.

04: Move forward

Implement independently or continue with ongoing support through Steadyby.
